ASSEMBLY

Assembly and start-up and commissioning is performed by our installation group and commissioning technician on Customer’s site. We render services on the whole territory of the Russian Federation and CIS countries. The company has its own cars and special vehicles for work at height. When assembling the equipment in metals structural buildings (e.g. sandwich panel buildings) we use technologies allowing to avoid interference with the structure. That allows the Customer to simplify immensely the equipment installation approval procedure with the building landlord. Our specialists have rich experience in erection works. This explains high speed of work as well as high quality and culture of the assembly!

SUPERVISION ASSEMBLY

Supervision assembly (with training) have a number of advantages:
 Arrival of the specialist at short notice. No need to prepare own car. Usually we use public transport - airplane, train or bus;
 Lower cost for the Customer comparing to assembly cost. At that your specialists receive all the necessary qualification for correct assembly and equipment operation.

MAPPING

Mapping of the rooms according to GMP requirements is a compulsory procedure for pharmaceuticals companies. Mapping detects critical points and defines if the room is suitable for storing products demanding certain temperature and humidity storage parameters. But mapping of the rooms is important for any rooms where products with special temperature and humidity storage requirements is kept or planned to be kept. In particular storage of food products. Mapping allows detecting stable zones as well as critical zones with maximal temperature and relative humidity differentials. The information received at mapping will allow rational positioning of the products for storage and of the sensors to control microclimate parameters.
During mapping many calibrated temperature and humidity registers (loggers) are used, they are regularly placed in the room considering heating devices, air conditioners and doors. The instruments register microclimate parameters during long time period. After that the information is read and processed. LLC “Engineering Technologies” prepares detailed and fair report on the results of the mapping.

VALIDATION

LLC “Engineering Technologies” has elaborated its own document package for “Gigrotermon” system validation as well as described main principles for organization of validation procedure.
The aim of validation is to check and evidence that the automatic monitoring and control system of microclimate parameters “Gigrotermon” with top level programme “Gigrotermon– АРМ” properly operates and actually gives the expected results; that the available documents for the hardware and software comply with GMP requirements; that the system is stable in operation mode; that the staff working with this hardware and software and following the developed instructions (standard operational procedures – SOPs) ensures quality of the manufactured products.
Methodology of documentation validation works includes several basic aspects: any qualification process (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) consists of, first, filling the prepared blank protocol (only during execution of works), second, reporting the qualification results; The protocol contains list of tests performed in certain consequence. The descriptive part of each protocol has the explanation how to perform each qualification and how to fill all the documents. It also describes how to use correctly all other available documents of the current validation stage. In case of deviations they are recorded to a separate “List of deviations” and propose corrective actions and their deadlines. After corrective actions implementation the test that have detected such deviations is repeated; Validation is finished after detailed final report composition. Every document has set requisites that allows structuring document circulation and organizing accounting and archiving.

CALIBRATION OF LOGGERS

According to the Order No. 1815 of Ministry of Industry and Trade of the RF dated July, 02, 2015 "About approval of calibration procedure of measuring equipment …" only certified companies can calibrate equipment (initial calibration including).
